Sweetwater Music Hall invites you to meet photographer Bob Minkin and acquire a personal signed copy of his new book “The Music Never Stopped - Marin County’s Music Scene - Photographs by Bob Minkin”.

The Music Never Stopped is stunning new 208-page hardcover coffee table book documenting Marin County’s music scene past and present 1980’s-2017 through the lens of renowned photographer Bob Minkin. It features over 500 of never-before-seen images from his archives, including live performance shots intimate backstage off-stage and at home photographs of our favorite players including Jerry Garcia Bob Weir Phil Lesh and written contributions by musicians including Jorma Kaukonen Steve Kimock, Bill Kreutzmann and many more—Marin venues such as the original Sweetwater Bob Weir’s TRI Studios Phil Lesh’s Terrapin Crossroads Sweetwater Music Hall are represented.

About the author
This is Bob’s second music photography book. His first book, Live Dead, is a collection of his iconic Grateful Dead photographs and stories from the road. Bob continues to photograph countless music shows a year in the San Francisco Bay Area and across the USA. A graduate of New York’s School of Visual Arts, Bob was born and raised in Brookyn, NY. He lives with his family in Marin County, CA.
