The much-anticipated Sweetwater Music Hall – a community gathering place and live music venue dedicated to bringing back the Sweetwater’s musical legacy to Mill Valley – opened January 27, 2012. The opening of Sweetwater Music Hall marks a rebirth of the landmark roots music venue and Bay Area treasure founded by original owner Jeanie Patterson nearly 25 years ago.

Brunch is served 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Live music 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Featuring Mike Sugar: "sugar-in-the-raw" solo acoustic brunchtime songs & grooves. Mike Sugar presents acoustic versions of songs from his latest album "again with the Microphone" and new songs in preparation for the next release. These "sugar-in-the-raw" solo shows are dynamic and intimate. Improvisations with guitar, voice and bass-cello are served up with original songs and a diverse selection of covers.
